Copyright terms and conditions for the use of photos

  1. maryan beachwear group GmbH, Murg (hereafter: MBG) is the owner of all rights to use the images.
  2. The rights to use the images are not transferable even after the photographic material has been applied by the retailer and remain with MBG.
  3. The rights of use of the photographic material, be it image pictures or so-called model pictures (= presentation of products with model) stills shall be limited to the corresponding season. This means that image material for the season Spring/Summer 2022/2023 can be used from June 2022 to January 2024. The material may not be used for later seasons.
  4. All images and model photos may only be used in conjunction with the current logo of the brand or with proof of the manufacturer MBG.
  5. The photos may not be modified. This means that digital post-production is not permitted, nor is the alteration of headlines and logos, nor the alteration of the image section and the cropping of persons.
  6. The photos are exclusively available to retailers supplied by MBG and may only be used for advertising MBG products.
  7. The photos may be used online for own websites of an own online store. No rights of use are transferred for use in any other way on the internet (online stores of third parties, market places, search engines, online advertising, other forms of e-commerce distribution); it is therefore prohibited.
  8. the picture material for dealers is provided one week before the start of the delivery of goods, i.e. on the 12th of the respective month. For the publication of the graphical material there is a blocking period until the respective delivery date of the illustrated article according to the lookbooks of each brand authorized by MBG. An early publication of the photos will result in the withdrawal of the rights of use.
  9. Should individual points of the copyright regulations be or become invalid or impracticable, the validity of the individual regulations remains unaffected.
  10. All changes from the above copyright regulations require written permission from MBG.
